Functional Health & Wellness supports the use of traditional medication and therapies, as well as prescription of supplements and non-traditional therapies.

    At Ellegaia, we’re proud to also integrate a preventative approach to chronic disease and challenges in wellness. In your initial consultation and first follow-up, providers at Ellegaia will spend time listening to you to connect the dots of your medical history including understanding stressors, genetics, previous illness and environmental triggers.

Collaborating with other practicing specialities and wellness-centered entities is necessary to whole-body healing. Whether you’d like us to team up with your personal trainer, primary care provider, physical therapist, OB-GYN, yoga instructor, Pelvic Floor Therapist, Reproductive Endocrinologist and more; YOUR health & wellness is our top priority. By participating in collaborative care and setting realistic goals tailored to your needs, Ellegaia facilitates healing, empowerment and longevity for our clients.
